My life and career has been somewhat varied. From my experiences I am able to offer lively,fun and thought provoking speaking engagements. With inner self belief as a small child to braving the move from the comfort of a corporate cushion to a self employed holistic coach, I have played many roles. My life seems to unfold and transform and evolve each year!

One particular bad day sat in a traffic jam on the M25, going nowhere fast, I decided to re-evaluated my lifestyle and in 2000 I quit my sales job and went to do what I loved instead of what I thought I had to - I knew deep inside there was a unique me waiting to share my talents with the world. I now inspire positive change in others and follow my own example.

I always said I wanted a career where I helped people. Coaching and therapies partly met that goal, but my husband said if only I could get paid for talking he could retire! – So for once, following his advice!!!! I developed a new niche and became involved in running a number of business networking groups aimed at helping local women in rural areas to get started in business and meet regularly so they felt less isolated.

I also co-wrote the book ‘Grow Your Own Networks’ and promoted it at many speaking gigs. I found I really enjoyed my speaking engagements. My husband’s dream began to take form. I was at last being paid for talking!!…

I ran several networking groups to enable local businesses to connect and gain confidence. I have also held work/life balance, life purpose and colour therapy workshops. I regularly undertake keynote speaking engagements around the country. People describe me as a lively and enthusiastic speaker with a real passion for my topics.

Based in Leicestershire, when I am not out speaking or networking, my passions are music, playing the keyboard (badly- but improving!), reviewing concerts, meeting new people. I love to learn, reading great biographies, traveling to new places, and even enjoy going on the occasional shopping spree, and reselling my previous shopping mistakes on EBay! As well as my coaching and speaking business I am also building a property portfolio.

I am a published author, have also made several radio and TV appearances and regularly contributes to local press.
